Terms and Conditions of Sale

Acceptance of merchandise, delivery, installation, or payment constitutes acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.

Final Sales and Returns

All sales are considered final seven (7) days after equipment has been delivered and installed.

If a return, exchange, or refund is requested within seven (7) days of installation, the following conditions apply:

- A restocking fee equal to thirty percent (30%) of the purchase price will be deducted from any refund or exchange credit.
- Original installation charges are non-refundable.
- If RMS Fitness performs the equipment removal, a removal fee equal to the original installation fee will be charged.

Non-installed and non-delivered merchandise may be returned within seven (7) days of purchase for store credit only. Returned merchandise must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Warranty

All service warranties cover labor and parts required to correct manufacturer defects only. Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or improper maintenance.

RMS Fitness reserves the right to suspend or void warranty support under circumstances including, but not limited to:

- Product misuse or abuse
- Failure to comply with manufacturer guidelines
- Delinquent or disputed payments
- Repairs or maintenance performed by unauthorized service providers
- Unauthorized modifications to the equipment

Special Order Merchandise

All special-order items are non-cancelable and non-refundable under any circumstances, whether before or after delivery.

Delivery and Installation Requirements

Customers are solely responsible for verifying that equipment dimensions, access points, room dimensions, and installation locations are suitable prior to purchase and delivery.

If the intended installation location is inaccessible, unsafe, or otherwise unsuitable at the time of delivery, RMS Fitness installation personnel will determine an alternative installation location within the home or facility, if feasible.

Property Protection

Customers are responsible for protecting delicate flooring, wall surfaces, fixtures, and other property prior to delivery and installation. Delivery pathways and installation areas must be clear and accessible.

RMS Fitness shall not be responsible for minor cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scuffs, scratches, marks, or similar incidental wear that may occur during normal delivery and installation operations.

Delivery Delays

In the event of delivery or installation delays resulting from circumstances beyond RMS Fitness's control, including but not limited to vehicle breakdowns, employee illness, severe weather, or other unforeseen events, customers may be required to wait until the next available business day for rescheduling.

RMS Fitness appreciates your understanding and will make reasonable efforts to reschedule services as promptly as possible.

Out-of-Box Service Issues

In the unlikely event that equipment experiences a defect or service issue upon installation, RMS Fitness will not automatically replace the unit.

Instead, RMS Fitness will arrange for a qualified service technician to inspect and repair the equipment in accordance with manufacturer warranty procedures.

Should RMS Fitness authorize a replacement unit, standard delivery and installation charges will apply unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Pricing and Errors

RMS Fitness reserves the right to correct any typographical, pricing, specification, or other errors that may appear in quotations, invoices, marketing materials, or on its website. Applicable charges may be adjusted to reflect corrected information.

Acceptance

By purchasing merchandise, scheduling delivery or installation, accepting delivery, or using equipment supplied by RMS Fitness, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
